I understand and agree that we are responsible for maintaining the security of our passwords and notifying CHEMTECH, in writing, when anyone’s access is to be terminated. We shall use the access at our own risk.

CHEMTECH is not responsible for any unauthorized use of our passwords or retrieval of project information or any other data.

I, on behalf of our company acknowledge that the access will be limited to the active projects performed by CHEMTECH for our company only.

I have read, understand and agree to comply with all of the conditions set forth in this agreement. I also certify that I have the express authority to act on behalf of our company in making this agreement.
